In November of 2005 the idea of TreeHouse first sparked when Paul and his wife Shana realized it was time for Paul to make a career change after many years at Walmart and Sam’s Club. Ultimately, they decided on a consulting firm that would be housed in their upstairs unfinished garage apartment at their home on Beaver Lake. The focus would be on Walmart and Sam’s Club markets domestically and internationally to capitalize on the strong expertise of the TreeHouse team.
What came next was a name. Shana, being faithful in prayer, looked out the window of the upstairs apartment after spending time praying for the future of the business and commented that she felt like she was in a tree house. But the name came to have more meaning than just a location. From a higher point of view, one gains a new perspective, just as a consultant provides new perspective to insights and opportunities for their clients.
So, through prayer and humble beginnings, TreeHouse Sales & Solutions was born in June of 2006 when Paul left Walmart. That same year Nathan Norman became the second member of the team in August. Shortly thereafter in February of 2007, Cathy Dillard joined the gentlemen working in the garage apartment. It soon became obvious they had outgrown the space and the current location in downtown Rogers became home to TreeHouse in September 2007.
Over the next decade, TreeHouse has added and continues to add quality and experienced personnel to create a team with over 150 years of combined Walmart and Sam’s Club experience.
